At the Artëmovsk Machine-Building Plant, many warm and meaningful traditions are cherished — among them, celebrating holidays together and showing care and appreciation to those who devoted most of their lives to the enterprise, for whom AMZ became a second home.
On April 22, veteran employees gathered in the plant administration cafeteria, surrounded by fond memories of their years on the factory floor — moments filled with hard work, camaraderie, and pride in their craft.
“Dear veterans,” said General Director Pavel Vyatkyn, “only a few days remain until the most significant day in our nation’s history — Victory Day. Our plant proudly carries the banner of labor heroism and triumph, and we take great pride in our history, achievements, and, above all, our people. On behalf of the entire team, I wish you joy, good health, and happiness as we approach this special holiday. We warmly look forward to seeing you all at the Victory Day celebration on May 9!”
The company organized a special concert for the veterans, featuring the renowned Pokrovsky Choir. The acclaimed ensemble delivered an unforgettable performance, filling the hall with beloved classics. The veterans joyfully sang along to timeless favorites such as “Ural Rowan Tree” and “The New Settlers Are Coming.”
Following the concert, everyone gathered around a festive table, sharing stories, laughter, and reflections on the past, present, and future of the enterprise. Many of those present had dedicated decades of their lives to Ventprom — and their hearts remain deeply devoted to the place that shaped their careers.
They spoke with pride about Ventprom’s contributions to the national effort — recalling how, during the war, workers toiled tirelessly, day and night, to help bring about the long-awaited Victory.
Ventprom has always honored — and will always honor — its veterans, valuing their extraordinary dedication and unwavering loyalty. These gatherings are more than just celebrations; they are a powerful expression of gratitude and respect. They embody how the enterprise cherishes its legacy, preserves its traditions, and passes on the wisdom and experience of its elder generation to the youth — ensuring that the spirit of Ventprom lives on.
