AMZ Ventprom has commenced assembly of the AVM-50 ventilation system, manufactured under order from LLC Bashkirskaya Med (Bashkir Copper).
The installation features two axial fans, each with a 5-meter diameter. The overall unit dimensions are 45 meters in length, approximately 20 meters in width, and 8 meters in height, with a total weight of 384 tonnes. With these specifications, the AVM-50 is fully capable of fulfilling its primary function—efficient mine ventilation.
Designed to meet the latest technical standards of the mining industry, the production cycle encompasses the full scope of activities—from engineering design and component manufacturing to final assembly and shipment. The project implementation timeline is approximately 12 months.
“The equipment will be delivered directly from the plant to the acceptance point at the Podolsk Copper-Zinc Deposit via heavy-duty road transport, where subsequent installation will take place,” explains Pavel Myasnikov, Head of the Sales Department.
