SMOKE EXHAUSTER

DN-19 smoke exhausters are designed for completing steam boilers and waste heat boilers for dry and wet ash collection and dust content of the flow not exceeding 2 g/mm3.

DN-19 smoke exhausters are designed for completing steam boilers and waste heat boilers for dry and wet ash collection and dust content of the flow not exceeding 2 g/mm3.

DN-19NZh smoke exhausters are designed for suction of aggressive gases at high temperature, containing up to 11% OF SO2, in plants of metallurgical furnaces of non-ferrous metallurgy and in the chemical industry.

VGDN-19 hot blowing fans are designed for recirculation of fume gases of power plants power units heated to 400 C.

The centrifugal smoke exhauster (fan) consists of the following main units: a frame, an electric motor, a shaft unit, an impeller, a volute, and a guide vane.

The upper part of the volute is equipped with a removable sector, which ensures the removal of the shaft with the impeller.
DN-19 is a smoke exhauster of right and left rotation with armor made of common quality carbon steel;

DN-19NZh is a smoke exhauster of right and left rotation without armor, its flow path is made of corrosion-resistant steel;

VGDN-19 is a hot blowing fan of right and left rotation without armor, the flow path is made of heat-resistant steel.

The right smoke exhauster (fan) impeller rotates clockwise, and the left smoke exhauster impeller rotates counterclockwise from the side of the electric motor.

The smoke exhauster (fan) volute is manufactured in two versions:
- turn from 0° to 90° (right and left)
- turn from 150° to 270° (right and left)
