VO-16 axial fan is designed for working in the ventilation system of heat recovery plants, paper-making and cardboard-making machines, and for general industrial ventilation. The fans are made according to the K + CA scheme, where K is the impeller and CA is the straightener.

There are the following types of fans:
VO-16 – horizontal, on a frame made of common quality carbon steel.
VO-16A – vertical, the flow path is made of stainless steel.

VO-16 fan design

The fan consists of a spinner, a housing, an electric motor, guards, a drive pulley, drive belts, and a rotor.

The spinner, the manifold, the impeller, the housing, the guards, the bearings housings, the frame, and the volute chamber are welded metal structures.

The blades are attached to the impeller with locking rings and are pressed with springs, which makes it possible to smoothly rotate them to any angle.

The electric drive is an asynchronous electric motor mounted on the fan housing.
