APPLICATION OFVO-TR FAN
VO TR fan is designed for cooling resistor blocks assembled from elements of blown ribbon resistors used for electrodynamic braking of DC electric freight locomotives operated on electrified railways at a voltage of 3 kV.
Operation
The fan is operated in moderate and cold climate with a range of limit operating temperatures from minus 50°C to plus 60°C, placement category 2 according to GOST 15150, GOST 15543.1. The fan must remain operational in case of frost and subsequent defrosting.
The maximum operating altitude above sea level must be at least 1200 m.
