VC and VCD FAN

VC series centrifugal mine fans, single- and double-sided suction type with rated capacity from 30 to 760 m3/s and rated total pressure of 800 to 9400 Pa for air density up to 1.2 kg/m³. They are designed for the mines main ventilation systems used in the mining industry and operated under atmospheric conditions with a temperature of transported air from 213 to 323 K, dust content up to 150 mg/m³, and relative humidity up to 98% (at 298 K (25 °C)) at a height above sea level up to 1000 m.

U and UKhL climatic categories of the fans according to GOST 15150, placement category 3 for fans mechanical equipment, placement category 4 for fans electrical equipment according to GOST 15150.

Fans are suitable for use in both suction and discharge ventilation systems.

Suitable for other systems that supply air with the specified parameters.

The flow and pressure parameters indicated in the tables correspond to the maximum fan rotation speed. For rotation speeds other than the maximum, the feed and pressure parameters must be recalculated according to GOST 10616.

The temperature of the rotor bearings is allowed to be 50°C higher than the ambient temperature, but not more than 80°C
