VC-11 centrifugal fan is designed for prospect hole ventilation of mines and pits. It can also be used for the main ventilation of small mines and pits with bypass channels, in air heating units, during shaft sinking, in heating and ventilation systems, for cooling electrical machinery and for other industrial purposes.

VC-11 fan design

VC-11 centrifugal fan of right- and left-handed versions consists of the following main assemblies: an impeller, a housing, a guide vane, a suction cone, a shaft, a frame, an electric motor, and a diffuser.

The rotor is a shaft with bearings, impeller and clutch attached to it. The impeller consists of main and cover discs and welded blades. The fan housing is welded.

The fan parameters are adjusted by changing the rotation angle of the guide vane blades.

All assemblies are mounted on a common frame, which allows quick mounting and dismounting of the fan.
