APPLICATION OF DRAW-OUT SYSTEMS
The draw-out system is a structure consisting of a frame with installed transport roller carts of appropriate capacity, guiding rails, and built-in or portable jacks.
If it is necessary to dismantle the fan, unscrew the foundation frame mounting bolts, use jacks to place the housing on rollers and transport it on the guide rails.

The fan is mounted on a foundation frame and is bolted to the frame through mounting gaskets.

The adjusting gaskets are selected so that the rollers do not touch the guide rail when the fan is in working position. The fan frame rests on adjustable gaskets and is secured to the foundation frame with M36 bolts

To set the fan into repair mode it is necessary to:
1 Unscrew the six M36 bolts securing the fan frame.
2 Disconnect the fan from the installation elements by removing the flexible inserts.
3 Remove the installation gaskets by lifting the fan using the included jacks.
4 Install the fan with rollers on the guide rail, having removed the jacks.
5 Roll out the fan into the repair area.
